Leah assures the Bride to trust in God. She encourages us that we know people are angry these days. How do we navigate when evil is so rampant? How do we navigate when preachers are turning from truth? How do we navigate when hearts are growing so cold? Leah tackles these tough questions.
How do we deal with the end times? Most people will end up being hard and narcissistic. The Bible talks about how men will be lovers of themselves. They will be selfish. This is the time that the man of lawlessness arrives. Many Christians will abandon their faith. 2 Thess 2. The Antichrist will exalt himself above God and all. It's going to get really bad. We have a lot of narcissistic pastors and church people. Their conscience has been sealed with a hot iron. People's hearts will wax cold. 1 John 4:7 - Everyone who loves is of God. People are too afraid in this hour to walk in truth. You can either walk with God and let the chips fall where they may.
Don't let fear stop you from obeying God. Fear is the opposite of faith. Without faith it's impossible to please God.
extremely self-centered with an exaggerated sense of self-importance : marked by or characteristic of excessive admiration of or infatuation with oneself
Who are you going to serve? Acts 28:27 - People's hearts have become callous. Sanctification is a part of salvation. God will soften hearts. We need to encourage one another.
Eph 6:18
"pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication; to that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints".
